Welcome to the apartments Malenica, Njivice, island of Krk, Croatia!
The family house in Njivice on the island of Krk has an apartment (A-1) for 4 + 1 persons and a studio apartment (S-1) for 2 persons.
Apartments A-1 are approx. 60 m2 + balcony approx. 7 m2.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Studio apartment (S-1) is about 20 m2 + terrace 25 m2.
All apartments have air conditioning, free WI-FI and TV (SAT).
The distance to the first beach is 200 meters.
Guests have access to a private parking lot next to the house.
Njivice is the youngest place on the island of Krk, created thanks to tourism.
In the middle of the village there is a small port, next to which there are beaches on the right and left. Here is the center of Njivica: with numerous restaurants, pubs and pastry shops. The beaches in Njivice are pebble beaches and partially concrete beaches, while outside the village natural rocks rise up, including small coves. At the end of the city's beaches, there are pedestrian paths - a romantic path in the shade by the sea, 1200 meters long.
In addition to the mild natural conditions that characterize Njivice, as well as excellent accommodation, the resort also offers its visitors outdoor entertainment, as it takes place almost every day. So you can get to know traditional folklore, enjoy klapa concerts. During the summer season, the local art gallery organizes exhibitions of renowned artists.
