On the 4th (top) floor of a newly built building with an elevator in a quiet family neighborhood, there is a brand-new south-facing apartment with an area of 83 m2 with a large living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (160x200) and the third has one bed (90x200) and a sofa that can serve as an extra bed or a game room as there is a TV and playstation 4. Each room has air conditioning (4 in total). The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, a washer / dryer, iron, hair dryer, safe. Cotton satin sheets and towels are provided. On the spacious balcony with an area of 13 m2 there is another dining table for 6 people and a hanging chair from which you can enjoy views of the sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar.
