Overige informatie
Accommodation in newly built, extremely comfortable and superbly equipped apartments. A total of eight apartments located first row to the sea. All apartments have large terraces with a view of the sea and parking spaces right next to the villa. Use of the swimming pool is possible only for the large lux apartment type A 14+2 (separate villa). All other apartments in a separate building cannot use the pool (apartments type A 2+2, A 4+2, Studio 2+2.)
The apartments are located under the main road, Omiš - Makarska, (300 meters), right next to the sea and a large pebble beach. Complete peace and quiet. Ideal for families with children. There are four types of apartments, ... type 2+2 with separate double bedroom and living room with two beds, ... then apartment type 2+2 large studio, ... large lux apartment, type 4+2, with two double bedrooms and a large living room with two beds and the possibility of another extra bed and ... a large de lux apartment, type A14+2, in reality it is a villa on three floors, area 300 m2. On the ground floor of the villa there are three bedrooms with two kitchens, a gym with a sauna, two bathrooms, a terrace and a large swimming pool 9x4 m, with heated water. On the first floor there is a large living room with a large kitchen, two terraces and a park with a barbecue. On the second floor there are four double bedrooms, with two bathrooms with Jacuzzis + one independent toilet. All rooms have balconies or terraces and all balconies have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the island of Brač. The villa is fully air-conditioned. Villa with pool (apartment type A 14+2) is a separate building. Only apartment A14+2 has a pool, the other apartments that are located in a separate building cannot use the pool. !!!
